I was genuinely surprised at how good this really was. It thickened up right away. Start to finish this was about 5 minutes to make.
You can add berries to this to dress it up or any of your favorite cheesecake toppings. My daughter added sugar-free whipped cream and a sprinkle of oreo crumbs. There are so many options with this!

Instructions
- Combine the 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt with the sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth.
- Enjoy as is or add some fresh berries.
