You won’t believe how easy this sugar-free dessert is to make and it is so good that you won’t even miss the sugar.

I was genuinely surprised at how good this really was. It thickened up right away. Start to finish this was about 5 minutes to make.

You can add berries to this to dress it up or any of your favorite cheesecake toppings. My daughter added sugar-free whipped cream and a sprinkle of oreo crumbs. There are so many options with this!

  • 1 cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 packet of sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix


  1. Combine the 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt with the sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix.
  2. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Enjoy as is or add some fresh berries.
